A private registered investment firm is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to perform various accounting functions related to partnerships invested in residential and commercial developments. In addition this position will include partnership accounting functions and financial reporting on other alternative investment partnerships. This individual would interface with outside companies involved in managing projects, ensuring all financial aspects of various real estate projects are administered, including capital calls and distributions to investors, and financial statement presentation. This position is a full time or part time position, depending on the applicant’s strengths and experience.
