David K. Ray
David joined EBS in 2003 as the Chief Operating Officer. He brings more than 17 years of corporate management experience to the firm and is responsible for the day-to-day business operations. David served in a number of financial capacities at The Berry Company and as Chief Financial Officer of the AcuSport Corporation. He earned a B.S. in accounting from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, and his M.B.A. from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio.
Melinda L. Eubel, CPA
Melinda is the Chief Financial Officer at EBS. She is responsible for the company's financial statement reporting, audits, partnership tax returns, and human resources. Melinda has 18 years of experience in corporate finance and several years of public accounting. She joined EBS in 1995 and served as Controller prior to being named CFO in 2003. Melinda earned a B.S. in accounting from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio.
