Melinda retired as the firm's CFO in 2016 after serving in the role since 2003. She currently provides support to the CFO and COO on financial policy analysis and other matters related to financial strategies of the firm, and also works on special projects that could be either financial or operational in nature. Melinda joined EBS in 1995 and served as Controller prior to being named CFO. Prior to joining EBS, she worked in public accounting and as the Director of Financial Planning and Budgets for The Berry Company.
Melinda enjoys golf, pickleball, photography, reading a wide variety of genres of fiction and non-fiction, other creative outlets, traveling and anything water related. She also enjoys quality time with her husband and two children. Melinda and Ron are also active members of the community through their service to church and not for profit organizations.
